We start with a conversation in which we map out your wishes, your look, the different roles and any practical requirements. From there we make a selection from existing collections, develop bespoke pieces or combine both. You receive samples to try on, and once the final choice is made, everything goes into production or is ordered. After delivery we set up the KMS for ongoing clothing management and reorders.

We look at the hotel as a whole and carry colours, materials and overall look through the different departments. By combining smartly, we can use certain items across several teams, while other garments provide recognisability per role. The result is one coherent collection in which the spa and the rest of the hotel belong to the same brand story, without everyone looking exactly the same. We have outfitted several wellness departments within hotels.

Yes, for every role in spa and wellness. From therapists and masseurs to the team members who welcome your guests. We prefer to look at the whole picture, so that all roles together tell one recognisable brand story. At the same time, we can start with a single role and expand the collection in phases later on.

Yes, wear and wash tests are a standard part of our process to ensure that the clothes meet all requirements.

Delivery time for stock items is four to eight weeks. For a custom-made collection it is eight to twelve weeks after approval.

Around 90% of our collections are produced within Europe. This keeps the lines short, limits transport distances and allows us to work sustainably with our production partners.

That depends very much on the role. For therapists, freedom of movement and washability matter most: the garments come into contact with oil and moisture and sometimes need to be washed at sixty degrees or higher. At reception it is more about a representative appearance and comfort in a warm environment. We work with cotton, travel fabrics and cotton-polyester blends, among others, and choose per project what fits best.
