This summer, Rotterdam welcomed two new Hilton hotels: DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam and Haven Hotel, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. Two properties standing side by side along the Leuvehaven; yet each with a completely different character. Our challenge was to capture that contrast through clothing and translate it into a visual story that reflects both identities.
understated, modern, and shaped by the rhythm of the city and the sea.
The Haven Hotel chose a much more distinctive direction. Here, a nautical theme runs through the entire concept, translated into a collection of just two colors: deep navy blue and crisp white, modern, and instantly recognizable.
The true statement lies in the overshirts, featuring an impressive embroidery inspired by maritime knots. This detail elevates the collection beyond the ordinary and creates a clear connection to the maritime soul of Rotterdam.
Nautical Streetwear
The trousers play a key role in the overall look. For the men, we went with a modern take on our Jamerson pant — featuring a subtle pinstripe that makes the silhouette look sharper and adds a sense of understated style.
For the women, we designed a softer, more relaxed fit in the same fabric. A conscious choice to bring balance to the nautical tones. The result is a collection that feels both polished and contemporary, with an easy-going Rotterdam attitude.

What makes this project truly special is how two hotels, sharing the same address, have each found their own identity through clothing.
DoubleTree embodies Hilton’s classic sense of elegance, while Haven Hotel takes a bolder route with a fresh, nautical personality. Together, they prove that uniforms are more than just workwear; they quietly express atmosphere, style, and brand identity.

Timeless Sophistication
For DoubleTree, we designed a collection that stays true to Hilton’s recognizable signature. Classic blazers, tailored trousers, and a modern overshirt that perfectly fits today’s fashion direction; all in natural tones that create a calm, professional look.
The collection also includes collarless blouses made from a soft stretch fabric, a deliberate choice that adds both comfort and refinement. These pieces pair effortlessly with the sleeveless blazer, where the lapels already provide a structured, elegant touch. Under the overshirt, the blouse adds a clean, contemporary layer that feels relaxed yet sophisticated.
The combination of tailored silhouettes and fresh, minimal styling results in a look that feels polished but approachable. Paired with clean white sneakers, the uniform strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and modern hospitality; confident, comfortable, and unmistakably Hilton.

Despite the limited color palette, the collection feels rich and dynamic. Subtle variations in silhouette, texture, and finish give each department its own distinctive look, while maintaining a unified sense of style. The clothing is more than functional; it tells the story of the hotels themselves.
