Hospitality uniforms with a story.
-
Hospitality workwear is much more than a uniform. It reflects your brand identity and contributes to the experience of your guests. At PERSU., we understand this. With over 10 years of experience designing hospitality clothing, we offer solutions tailored to your style and needs.
-
From front-of-house staff to kitchen crews, every team member needs clothing suited to their role. A coordinated appearance is invaluable. PERSU. designs functional hospitality workwear that’s comfortable and meets the demands of the work environment.
-
Choose PERSU. hospitality clothing for ultimate comfort and a representative appearance. Our collections are designed to withstand the fast-paced nature of the hospitality industry while leaving a lasting impression on your guests.

-
Sustainability starts with the choice of materials. We work with GOTS certified organic fibres and recycled materials, among others, and produce 90 percent within Europe. That means short lines, strict quality controls and a smaller ecological footprint.
In hospitality, there is a practical side to this as well. Clothing that is worn daily and washed intensively needs to hold up. That is why we select the fabric and quality per project based on actual use. We look at washing frequency, wear, colourfastness and durability, and advise on that. Front of house calls for different properties than the kitchen, where breathability and washability matter more.
That way, sustainable hospitality uniforms are not only a choice for the environment, but also clothing that lasts longer.
-
With customers in more than 12 countries, PERSU. hospitality clothing to leading restaurants, hotels and hospitality chains worldwide. We combine international expertise with local commitment by working closely with suppliers and manufacturers. In this way, we guarantee not only high quality and ethical production, but also a personal approach that suits the dynamics of the hospitality industry.
-
Our tailor-made hospitality clothing perfectly balances style, comfort, and functionality. Choose PERSU. for high-quality, sustainable, and distinctive workwear.

We start with a conversation in which we map out your wishes, your look, the different roles and any practical requirements. From there we make a selection from existing collections, develop bespoke pieces or combine both. You receive samples to try on, and once the final choice is made, everything goes into production or is ordered. After delivery we set up the KMS for ongoing clothing management and reorders.
-
Yes, for every role within hospitality. For front of house, service and management we work with fully bespoke pieces, an existing collection or a combination of both. For the kitchen brigade we often work with specialist suppliers of professional chef wear, as those products are developed specifically for the demands of a kitchen. If your concept calls for bespoke pieces for these roles, we can develop that as well.
-
Yes, and almost anything is possible. We work with colours, logos, prints, patterns, materials, buttons and embroidery. We can also translate details from your interior or visual identity into clothing. That can be subtle, by adapting an existing product, or by designing and producing a fully bespoke collection.
-
That depends on the garment and your requirements. For chef wear we work with specialist suppliers who offer collections suitable for industrial washing and higher wash temperatures. Within other clothing categories there are also qualities available that can be washed industrially. For larger projects we discuss in advance how the clothing will be used and washed, and select the products and materials accordingly.
-
We do not use one fixed fabric for that. We select materials based on the role, the working environment and your requirements. For hot kitchens and long shifts we look at breathability, lightweight comfort, stretch, durability and washability, among other things. For kitchen roles we often work with specialist suppliers who offer fabrics developed specifically for intensive professional use.
-
For bespoke pieces we normally allow 8 to 12 weeks. That depends on the design, the chosen materials, the quantities and the production schedule. For products from existing stock collections it is usually a matter of a few weeks. Do you have a specific deadline? We will always look at what is possible.
-
Yes, we arrange that together. For larger teams we come to you and organise the fitting session on location. You are also welcome to come and try things on at our office by appointment. How we arrange this depends on the size of the project and what works best for you.
-
Every client can have a Clothing Management System set up, regardless of the number of employees. We offer this service free of charge. Through the CMS you manage the clothing package and arrange additions and reorders. Your account manager also remains available as always.
-
For bespoke pieces, a first order normally requires a minimum of 51 items per style. If it involves two separate models, for example a men's and a women's version, that minimum applies per model. For reorders the quantities are lower, depending on the product, the fabric and the production partner. Different terms apply to stock products, as those have already been produced.
This is what makes your colleagues happy.
Our corporate workwear ensures your team feels confident and proudly represents your brand.
