We beginnen altijd met luisteren. Tijdens een kennismaking verdiepen we ons in het hotel, de merkidentiteit, de medewerkers en de operationele wensen. Op basis daarvan ontwikkelen we een voorstel dat kan variëren van een bestaande collectie tot een volledig maatwerkconcept. Vervolgens begeleiden we het volledige traject, van ontwerp en productie tot levering, fittings en eventuele nabestellingen.

Ja. We ontwikkelen collecties voor alle afdelingen binnen een hotel, waaronder receptie, front office, conciërges, housekeeping, food & beverage, management en technische diensten. Het liefst kijken we naar het complete hotel, zodat alle afdelingen samen één herkenbaar merkverhaal vertellen. Tegelijkertijd kunnen we ook starten met één specifieke afdeling en de collectie later gefaseerd uitbreiden.

We kijken altijd eerst naar wat het beste past bij het hotel. Wanneer een bestaande collectie aansluit op de gewenste uitstraling en functionaliteit, zullen we die adviseren. Zoekt een hotel iets unieks, dan kunnen we een maatwerkcollectie ontwikkelen. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om bestaande producten aan te passen of te personaliseren.

Ja, dat kan op verschillende manieren. Soms kunnen kleurgebruik, branding of subtiele details al een groot verschil maken. Wanneer een hotel meer onderscheid zoekt, kunnen we ook een volledig maatwerkconcept ontwikkelen.

Door slim te combineren kunnen we bepaalde producten voor meerdere teams inzetten, terwijl andere kledingstukken juist zorgen voor een duidelijke herkenbaarheid per functie. Zo ontstaat één samenhangende collectie waarin medewerkers onderdeel zijn van hetzelfde merkverhaal, zonder dat iedereen er exact hetzelfde uitziet.

Dat verschilt per project. We kijken eerst naar de gewenste uitstraling van het hotel en de functie van het kledingstuk. Een front office medewerker stelt immers andere eisen aan kleding dan een F&B manager of housekeeping medewerker. Op basis daarvan selecteren we stoffen die passen bij comfort, onderhoud, duurzaamheid en dagelijks gebruik.

Ongeveer 90% van onze collecties wordt binnen Europa geproduceerd. Hierdoor houden we de lijnen kort, beperken we transportafstanden en kunnen we duurzaam samenwerken met onze productiepartners.
