We start with a conversation in which we map out your wishes, your look, the different roles and any practical requirements. From there we make a selection from existing collections, develop bespoke pieces or combine both. You receive samples to try on, and once the final choice is made, everything goes into production or is ordered. After delivery we set up the KMS for ongoing clothing management and reorders.

Yes. We develop collections for every department within a hotel, including reception, front office, concierge, housekeeping, food & beverage, management and technical services. We prefer to look at the hotel as a whole, so that all departments together tell one recognisable brand story. At the same time, we can start with a single department and expand the collection in phases later on.

We always start by looking at what suits the hotel best. If an existing collection matches the look and functionality you are after, we will recommend that. If a hotel is looking for something unique, we can develop a bespoke collection. It is also possible to adapt or personalise existing products.

Yes, and there are several ways to do it. Sometimes colour choices, branding or subtle details already make a significant difference. If a hotel is looking for more distinction, we can also develop a fully bespoke concept.

That depends entirely on the identity of the hotel and the wishes of the client. By combining pieces cleverly, we can use certain products across multiple teams while other garments create clear recognition per role. The result is one cohesive collection in which employees are part of the same brand story, without everyone looking exactly the same.

That differs per project. We first look at the desired look of the hotel and the function of the garment. A front office employee has different requirements than an F&B manager or a housekeeping team member. Based on that, we select fabrics that suit comfort, maintenance, sustainability and daily use.

Around 90% of our collections are produced within Europe. This keeps the lines short, limits transport distances and allows us to work sustainably with our production partners.

For bespoke pieces, a first order normally requires a minimum of 51 items per style. If it involves two separate models, for example a men's and a women's version, that minimum applies per model. For reorders the quantities are lower, depending on the product, the fabric and the production partner. Different terms apply to stock products, as those have already been produced.
